1. Permanent Roommates:

This web series, created by The Viral Fever (TVF) and Biswapati Sarkar, revolves around a young couple, Tanya and Mikesh, who are in a live-in relationship after being in a long distance relationship for 3 years.

2. I Don’t Watch TV:

Arre launched its first web sitcom titled I Don’t Watch TV in January 2016, which is produced by Timbuktu Films. It is a satire on the Indian TV industry and stars television personalities like Nakuul Mehta and Bollywood film critic Rajeev Masand.

3. Baked:

It is India’s most ambitious original fiction web-series by Scoopwhoop which chronicles the misadventures of three university flatmates who decide to start a midnight food delivery service, Wake n’ Bake.

4. All About Section 377:

All About Section 377 narrates the story of a young man named Suresh Choudhary, who travels from Delhi to Mumbai to fulfill his acting ambitions. He moves into the apartment of his cousin Rohit Mehra, a well-established fashion photographer and who is also gay and lives with his model boyfriend Siddharth Juneja and indifferent domestic helper Chhotu. It uses the title to highlight issues concerning the LGBT community, especially the stigma that follows people who openly identify themselves as queer.

5. A.I.SHA – My Virtual Girlfriend:

Arre launched a web cam fiction show titled A.I.SHA – My Virtual Girlfriend in April 2016, which is produced by reality show producer and actor Raghu Ram. It is the story of a relationship between a man and woman with the only twist that the woman is the first-of-its-kind Artificial Intelligence Simulated Humanoid Assistant (A.I.SHA).

6. Pitchers:

It is an Indian web series created by The Viral Fever (TVF) and developed by Arunabh Kumar. It follows four friends, Naveen, Jitu, Yogi and Mandal, who quit their jobs in order to develop their own start-up company.

7. Girl In The City:

It is a web series launched by Bindass which went live on Facebook from April 28. It is about the journey of a young girl who comes to Mumbai to live her dreams and aim at her aspirations.

8. Bang Baaja Baaraat:

This web series is launched by Y-Films, subsidiary of YRF, and directed by Anand Tiwari. It revolves around two people from very different backgrounds who fall in love and decide to get married, but not without their parent’s blessings. Three days before the wedding they introduce each other with their respective parents and all hell breaks lose.

9. Alisha:

Blush’s newest web series, Alisha, is about a girl-next-door living in a varsity abroad, with big dreams and aspirations like all of us. But her dreams come crashing down when she gets entangled in a hot narcotic mess and deported back to India. It is a crime thriller like no other, and it does a near perfect job of giving us the Indian web’s first ever female detective, whom we can aspire to be like and, yet, identify with at some level.

10. Chinese Bhasad:

TV writer Saurabh Tewari made his directorial debut with a web series titled Chinese Bhasad which will be aired on Voot, a digital venture Viacom18, is about Major Badrinath Tripathi, who hates everything made in China. Now his grandson arrives back in India with a Chinese girl who he wants to take as his bride.

TVF Tripling is an Indian web series created by The Viral Fever (TVF). It traces the story of three siblings Chandan, Chanchal & Chitvan. Together they start a hilarious journey, to find themselves and their relations

12. Life Sahi Hai:

It is an Indian coming of age comedy web series produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg under their company Luv Films and is created by Tarun Jain. It is a sitcom that revolves around the lives of four guys who have moved to Delhi to live independently for the first time and how they land in uncomfortable and hilarious situations with their bosses, girlfriends and each other.

13. Sex Chat with Pappu & Papa:

Y-Films, the youth wing of Yash Raj Films, came up with a show titled Sex Chat with Pappu & Papa, which seeks to explore into previously taboo subjects like condoms and homosexuality. It’s an attempt to bring the topic out of the closet. It will feature a curious seven-year-old boy Pappu, who asks the most outrageous questions of his Papa who attempts to answer them to the best of his with a lot of fun, simple anecdotes.

14. Ladies Room:

Y- Films has come out with new web series named “Ladies Room”. It’s a story about two best friends with questionable life skills boldly going where no man has gone before – the women’s washroom.

15. Official Chukyagiri:

Arre launched Official Chukyagiri which is produced by Amritpal Singh Bindra, Anand Tiwari and their company Still & Still Moving Pictures in September 2016 that tells the story of Spandan Chukya, an MNC intern and how he sees corporate world through his eyes.

16. Humorously Yours:

The Viral Fever released its latest show, Humorously Yours on 11th December, 2016 which chronicles the fictional life of real life stand-up comedian Vipul Goyal. He is a struggler in an industry that is minting comedians by the second. The competition is harsh and he is ‘averagely-talented’.
